Ominous, book one of The Remembrance Series

One year ago Ailey awoke in the hospital unable to remember who she was or anything about her past. Not much has changed since then and it is tearing away at her, causing her to be too afraid to truly live or connect with others. There is one thing she holds onto though, her dream she has every single night since she woke up with amnesia about a little boy that may or may not be from her past. After a dangerous man comes into town that knows who she is and her dreams change Ailey decides to embark on a journey to not only discover who she is, but to see if the boy is real. Along with the man who found her and has possibly worked his way into her heart, she not only learns the truth about her past, but realizes she is in great danger and the key to fighting one of the world’s greatest and oldest evils.

I found this an easy book to get into snd it kept me interested to the very end. The characters were well developed and the ending left me wondering when I could get my hands on the continuation.
